La PRESENTAZIONE NAZIONALE DEL RAPPORTO OASI, Osservatorio sulle Aziende e sul Sistema sanitario Italiano del CERGAS, Centro di ricerche sulla Gestione dell'Assistenza Sanitaria e Sociale, è un evento annuale dedicato ai policymaker nazionali e regionali, alle direzioni strategiche delle aziende sanitarie pubbliche e private, ai membri degli staff aziendali e a tutti i professionisti interessati all’innovazione nel management e nelle politiche sanitarie.

Laura Giudice, CERGAS Researcher, presented the preliminary results of the project "POLITICHE DI TASSAZIONE DEI PRODOTTI A BASE DI TABACCO PER IL CONTRASTO AL TABAGISMO" (Tobacco taxation policies in the fight against tobacco) at Bergamo Scienza 2024, within a thematic event titled "Caro Tabacco, ti lascio: strategie contro il fumo tra scienza e policy" ("Dear Tobacco, I'm leaving you: strategies against smoking from science and policy").
On the 26th and 27th of September 2024, SDA Bocconi hosted the fourth face-to-face meeting of the HORIZON EU CINDERELLA Project.
The project is developing and evaluating the CINDERELLA approach, powered by AI, to provide comprehensive information, videos, images, and result predictions for locoregional treatments in breast cancer patients.
Increasing tobacco taxation is an effective measure to combat smoking: according to most scientific literature, such increases lead to a reduction in tobacco demand, consumption, and the percentage of the population that smokes.
The European Health Economics Association (EuHEA) is one of the largest scientific associations in Europe, gathering approximately 1000 participants at biannual events, it’s an association of associations. EuHEA's purpose is to promote cooperation among all national health economics associations and groups in Europe and to profile and foster health economics at European universities.
The European funding of €19 million secured by the 22 international partners of the Harmonised Approach to Early Feasibility Studies for Medical Devices in the European Union (HEU-EFS) project, led by the SDA Bocconi School of Management’s Center for Research on Healthcare and Social Management (CERGAS), is just the latest international acknowledgment of the quality of the School's GHNP division research.
Il 5 dicembre, Lorenzo Fenech ed Amelia Compagni, rispettivamente affiliato e direttrice del Cergas, hanno partecipato all'audizione della XII Commissione (Affari sociali) della Camera dei deputati nel contesto di un’indagine conoscitiva sulla situazione della medicina di emergenza-urgenza e dei pronto soccorso in Italia.
E' stata un'importante occasione per condividere con la Commissione i risultati delle ricerche svolte dal Cergas sul tema e offrire alcune proposte di cambiamento.
Il 29 Novembre Rosanna Tarricone, Oriana Ciani e Giuditta Callea, affiliate del Cergas, hanno ricevuto un riconoscimento importante dall'Università Bocconi per essersi aggiudicate tre progetti finanziati dalla Commissione Europea: Jacardi, H-Prix e Heu-EFS.
Tutti e tre i progetti vedono Bocconi come capofila e Tarricone, Ciani e Callea come coordinatrici della ricerca. Ciascun progetto coinvolge un largo numero di partners in Europa e oltre.
Il volume curato da Francesco Longo e Franca Maino intende comprendere a quali condizioni si possa sviluppare un platform welfare che coniughi la lettura dei fenomeni sociali in continua trasformazione con robusti framework teorici in grado di incoraggiare una radicale riprogettazione dei sistemi di welfare locale.
La pandemia di Covid-19 ha confermato la fragilità dei sistemi socioassistenziali e socio-sanitari territoriali e, al contempo, la loro insostenibilità e difficoltà ad adattarsi alle nuove sfide. L’emergenza pandemica sembra però aver attivato anche una serie di dinamiche positive, idonee a far ritenere possibile un radicale cambio di paradigma nel welfare locale. In questa cornice, il volume “Platform Welfare. Nuove logiche per innovare i servizi locali“, curato da Francesco Longo e Franca Maino per Egea, indaga le profonde trasformazioni sociali in corso nelle società occidentali e come il platform welfare possa portare a nuove logiche per innovare i servizi locali.
