Casalini Francesca

Francesca Casalini is Junior Lecturer of the Government, Health and Not-for-Profit (GHNP) Division at SDA Bocconi School of Management and PhD Candidate and Research Assistant in Systemic Governance at the University of St. Gallen.
Her research focuses on the dynamic field of public-private collaborations, specifically examining public-private partnerships and pioneering service delivery models that revolve around platforms in healthcare and social services.
She is also expert in social innovation and new entrepreneurial models with an impact on communities. Her proficiency mainly lies in qualitative and mixed method research methodologies.

Gianmario Cinelli is Junior Lecturer of the Government, Health and Non-for-Profit (GHNP) Division at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
At CeRGAS he is member of the Observatory on Privately Financed Health Consumption (OCPS) and involved in national and international research and advisory projects. He holds a Master of Science in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University (Milan).
He is currently a PhD candidate in Management & Innovation at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan).
He is member of the Italian Forum on Inequality and Diversity. His research interests focus on organizational design and strategic management in healthcare organizations as well as health and social care policies. He employs mainly quantitative and mixed research methods.
Cuciniello Maria

Maria Cucciniello is Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Bocconi University. Before joining Bocconi, she was Associate Professor at the University of Edinburgh. Her main research interests include the effective use of information for policy communication, value creation, and innovation in the healthcare sector.
She is particularly interested in understanding how the delivery of information mediated through the use of information technologies, can improve citizens’ and patients’ engagement.
Many of her works consider the role played by information and communications technologies within public service organizations in the healthcare sector.
Her work is based on a variety of methodological (qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods) and scholarly traditions and is thus inherently interdisciplinary.
She is Associate Editor of Public Management Review and Senior Field Editor of the Journal of Public Policy.
Guerra Francesca

She holds a bachelor and master’s degree in Management, both from Bocconi University.
Her research interests include: strategic management of health care organizations, design and digitization of health care service, integrated health and social care with a focus on chronic disease management.

Simone Manfredi is Knowledge Analyst at SDA Bocconi School of Management in the Government, Health and Non Profit division, where he is affiliated with CeRGAS.
He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations from Bocconi University.
His research interests include social policy design, social innovation, and multi-level governance. His recent research focuses on the Social Impact of public and private no profit entities.
Mallarini Erika

Erika Mallarini is Associate Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi School of Management, Government, Health and Not for Profit (GHNP) Division.
She directs the Health & Beauty Observatory of the Bocconi Channel & Retail Lab and coordinates CeRGAS' Observatory on Private Consumption in Healthcare (OCPS). Erika was responsible for the Observatory on the Evolution of the Pharmacist Profession at SDA Bocconi.
Her research focuses on issues of health management & policy, pharmaceutical management & policy, healthcare & wellness retail management, pharmaceutical go to market, diversity management.
She is the author of numerous books, essays and articles on these topics. Her work has been published, among others, in Research in Social & Administrative Pharmacy, Micro and Macro Marketing, Quaderni Società Italia Farmacologia, Aboutpharma and Mecosan.
Erika participated in various scientific committees and international advisory boards for the launch of innovative drugs, in particular biotechnology.
She served as a Director at the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance and at the Ministry of Economic Development, held various positions as expert at the Ministry of Health, the Health High Council and the Presidency of the Cabinet. She is President of FCC Farmacie Comunali Corsichesi.
Malandrini Francesco

Francesco Malandrini is Knowledge Analyst at SDA Bocconi School of Management in the Government, Health and Non Profit (GHNP) Division.
He is member of CeRGAS' Observatory on Pharmaceuticals and Pharmaceutical Policies (OSFAR). He holds a PharmD degree from the University of Eastern Piedmont.
The core research themes in his work include pharmacoeconomics, patient-reported outcomes, pharmaceutical policies, market access and P&R of medicines.
Gugiatti Attilio

Attilio Gugiatti is Collaborator at SDA Bocconi School of Management (GHNP Division).
He holds an MSc in Economics from Bocconi University. Until 2011 he was Professor of Health Economics at the University of Pavia, Faculty of Engineering.
His research interests focused on economic evaluation, public procurement of healthcare service, HTA and information technology.
Now he mainly deals with welfare policy reforms, third sector organizations and strategic issues in healthcare systems. Attilio is author of several publications and books.
Giacomelli Giorgio

Giorgio Giacomelli is Associate Professor of Practice in the Government, Health and Not for Profit (GHNP) Division at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Giorgio earned a PhD in Management from Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, after graduating in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions from Bocconi University.
His research interests revolve around topics of personnel management and organizational behavior in healthcare. In recent years, his scholarly pursuits have been primarily centered on hybrid professionalism, exploring work identity, the enabling conditions within the organizational context, and the resulting behaviors exhibited by professionals-managers.
He employs mainly quantitatative, and particularly experimental, research methods.
