Service management and service design applied to welfare
We analyze the design and delivery of welfare services through the lens of service management and service organizations. Our research is devoted to analyzing service innovation with the aim to provide valuable insights for effective and valuable service provision. We are interested in a managerial in-depth exploration of public, private and hybrid organizations operating in health and social care.
Our research investigates barriers and enablers within public and private initiatives aimed and evaluates new service solutions in the welfare sector. We are focused on technological solutions, web-based innovations, and digital platforms that offer fresh experiences and opportunities for future models of care and welfare interventions. Our research is thus aimed at understanding these specificities and supporting managerial processes to foster change and innovation in the welfare sector.
Our research explores social innovation initiatives across various sectors, aiming to scale successful practices and enhance the overall responsiveness of welfare systems, while equipping both private and public organizations with tools for service development.
