Abstract:

The project will lead to an assessment and an analysis of the state of play of the cooperation of stakeholders providing mental health and psychosocial support services (MHPSS) for children and adolescents and to recommendations for enhanced cross-sectoral collaboration in the Italian context. As part of this, a Regional Survey and Analysis will be conducted, assessing regional policies related to MHPSS services, with a deep dive into vulnerable groups. This comparative analysis will identify models, recommend improvements, and propose minimum requirements for the adoption of good practices. The findings will be compiled into a report featuring the selection of good practices and recommendations for implementation, along with tailored implementation plans for three pilot regions, including a monitoring and evaluation framework. The outcomes of these efforts, including identified good practices, tested approaches, replicability criteria, minimum requirements, and key data and lessons learned, will contribute to the organization of workshops to further disseminate and scale the project’s results.
